Terms of service

1. What RevSpheres does

RevSpheres finds buyers who match your business, writes first-touch emails in your voice, sends the ones you approve, handles replies, and books meetings on your calendar. Nothing is sent to anyone until you, or someone you authorise, approves it in your portal. You are the sender of every email: you are responsible for the content you approve and for having a lawful basis to contact the people on your lists.

2. What it costs

A platform fee of $99 per month, charged to your card when you start and on the same day each month after. Every meeting we book for you is included; there is no per-meeting fee. If no meeting takes place in your first 30 days, your next month is free. Meetings we book run on a RevSpheres-hosted Zoom seat, which is how we verify that a meeting took place; the seat is included in the platform fee. You may run meetings elsewhere, in which case you confirm attendance yourself in the portal. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

3. Cancelling

Cancel any time from your portal (Billing, then Manage card or cancel). Sending stops at once, the platform fee stops at the end of the current month, and any meeting that was already attended is still charged. We may pause or end your account if payment fails and is not fixed within 14 days, or if emails approved under your account are abusive, deceptive or unlawful.

4. Your data

Your prospect lists, drafts, edits, replies and meetings are yours. We use them to run the service for you and to make the engine better for you specifically (for example, sentences you delete from drafts are never written for you again). We do not sell them, and we do not share a prospect's name, email, company or your identity with any other client or third party, except the processors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, calendar, payments).

We also keep a de-identified, aggregate record of outcomes across all clients: industry, role level, the kind of trigger an email used, whether it was approved as written or edited, whether it got a reply, whether a meeting happened. This record contains no names, email addresses, company names or client identities, and cannot be used to identify you or the people you contacted. We use it to improve the engine and may publish or license it in aggregate. You can opt out at any time in your portal (Billing, then “Keep my outcomes out of the aggregate dataset”); after that your account's rows are excluded from every future export.

5. The people you email

Every email we send for you carries your name and a working reply address. Anyone who asks to stop, by any means, is placed on a do-not-contact list that applies across every RevSpheres client and is never contacted again by anyone using the service. Addresses that bounce are treated the same way. You agree not to upload lists you do not have the right to use.

6. What we promise, and what we do not

We will find buyers, write and send approved emails, and book meetings with reasonable skill and care. We do not promise a number of replies or meetings; outcomes depend on your offer, your market and your approvals. The service is provided as is, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the platform fees you paid in that period.

7. Records

We keep a tamper-evident record of who approved each email, when, and exactly what was sent, so that any question about what went out can be answered. You can ask for your account's record at any time.
